Process Safety

Preventing process safety incidents is a priority at AMPCO. We voluntarily base our prevention efforts on US OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations.

AMPCO's Process Safety Event Metric: An unplanned or uncontrolled loss of primary containment (LOPC) of any substance including non-toxic and non-flammable substances (e.g., steam, hot condensate, nitrogen, compressed CO₂, or compressed air) from a process.
