AMPCO aims for zero lost-time injuries (LTI) and OSHA recordable incidents (ORI) and has an excellent record of safety performance.

AMPCO’s Personal Safety Metric - Recordable Injury or Illness: A work-related injury or illness that results in any of the following:  death, days away from work, restricted work activity or transfer to another job, medical treatment beyond first aid, loss of consciousness, or a significant injury or illness diagnosed by a physician or other licensed health care professional.  This is an abridged version of the OSHA guidance provided in 29 CFR 1904.
