Code of Conduct

Atlantic Methanol is committed to complying with all applicable laws and putting ethics into action every day. Employees are expected to ensure such compliance and to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the discharge of their assigned responsibilities.

This expectation requires honesty and integrity in dealings with other workers, the public, the business community, stockholders, customers, suppliers, and governmental authorities. Contractors and agents are expected to maintain the same high ethical standards in dealings with or on behalf of AMPCO.

Atlantic Methanol’s Code of Conduct booklet is designed as a quick reference to the elements of ethical business conduct. The Code of Conduct applies to all workers, regardless of position or location. It is the responsibility of every AMPCO employee to support and follow its guidelines.
