Our Definition of Nationalization: Creating a culture that promotes knowledge transfer and leadership development from experienced international industry experts to the workforce of Equatorial Guinea in order that Atlantic Methanol Production Company may be locally operated.  

AMPCO’s Nationalization Metric: AMPCO’s metric is the ratio of EG National employees and contractors over the total company employees & contractors required to sustain day-to-day operations. Trainers hired to support nationalization objectives are not included in the calculation.

Where we come from: From 55% nationalization in 2007.

Where we are: 91% nationalization in 2023.
